Vanessa Martini
Registered Psychotherapist
(Qualifying)
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I provide a confidential, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood.
I hold a Master of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and bring both professional training and lived experience to my work.
At the heart of who I am, I am a mom, a stepmom, and a partner. These roles have deeply shaped how I see the world, connect with others, and show up in my work.
Being part of a family and a relationship has taught me so much about love, patience, growth, and the real-life challenges that come with it.
I show up as myself; warm, genuine, and down-to-earth; creating a space where you can feel comfortable, understood, and supported just as you are.
If you’re looking for a therapist who feels human, relatable, and easy to talk to, you’re in the right place. I’d be honoured to be part of your journey.

How We Work Together
Using a collaborative and client-centred approach, we will gently explore your experiences and identify your strengths. My priority is to create a steady environment where growth feels possible and healing is supported.
Together, we will build practical coping and self-regulation skills to help you navigate life's challenges. Our therapeutic relationship will be rooted in trust and empathy, moving at a pace that always feels safe and aligned with your goals.
